RH2 Engineering is a mid-sized engineering firm specializing in utility and infrastructure work for municipal clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. Founded in 1978, RH2 now has more than 65 professional in eight offices throughout Washington and Oregon. State-of-the-art networking and video conferencing technology provides quick access to experts in any office, backing up a local team that provides local contacts, knowledge and support. Our medium size enables us to adapt to the unique needs of every client while offering the advanced capabilities necessary to design and manage complex projects. Because virtually all of our clients are local government agencies with diverse requirements, our project teams coalesce across discipline lines to support the needs and objectives of each client.

All RH2 designs are created in color, and many are three-dimensional; all are customized to meet the needs of our clients. Due to our advanced plan sets and rigorous quality control program, RH2’s change orders average less than 2 percent of the project construction cost. Compared to the industry standard of 10 percent change orders, RH2’s methodology provides a clear advantage to our clients. We pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide.
