After decades of dedicated service and leadership at RH2, Paul Cross began his retirement at the end of June 2025.

Paul was RH2’s Executive Vice President and the Southeast Washington Regional Manager in the Richland office. He managed planning, design, and contract administration for municipal transportation, water, sewer, irrigation, water quality, and watershed projects in Eastern Washington for more than 40 years. His effective communication skills, knowledge of regulatory and local issues, and ability to address challenges allowed him to provide sound leadership and direction for projects. Paul’s experience included the design of intersections and roads; comprehensive plan preparation for irrigation, water, and sewer systems; design of utility systems; development of hydraulic models and system analysis; contract administration and management; formation of ULIDs; and loan and grant preparation and administration. He also directed several water quality assessments and plans and participated on water quality advisory committees.
