RH2 is excited to announce the promotion of Kyle Pettibone to Director.

Kyle is one of RH2’s design engineers and has been involved in many of our complex and successful projects. With over 25 years of experience, Kyle has continually advanced RH2’s technical capabilities by improving our design tools and the quality and consistency of our services and deliverables to clients. He has contributed to the success of RH2 by being involved in various responsibilities, whether it be drafting designs, answering phones, rebuilding the network server, interviewing for projects, or designing a fast-tracked $50 million pipeline.

Some of Kyle’s most memorable and favorite projects included the Highline Water District Tyee and McMicken Water Treatment Plants, the Cashmere Wastewater Treatment Facility, the Kennewick Irrigation District Red Mountain Kiona Pump Station, the South Columbia Basin Irrigation District Esquatzel Pumping Plant, and the Sunrise Water Authority Reservoir 11 projects.  His ability to review a project on-site and recommend adjustments quickly highlights RH2’s overall approach to being flexibility and innovative to meet client needs. As Kyle says, “Sometimes you have to be willing to start over to create something great!”

Kyle’s goal as a Director is to inspire and help develop the next generation of talented engineers, scientists, and administrative professionals.  He believes that what makes RH2 successful is the people, and he is thankful to have worked with many amazing engineers, mentors, and clients who have helped shape his career and contributed to his success.

Outside of work, Kyle is the proud father of 4 boys and proud husband to his amazing wife. He has been involved in scouting with his sons for over a decade, and sees a lot of parallels between his interest in mentoring young Scouts and his interest in mentoring young engineers: he likes to help teach people, provide opportunities to them, challenge them, and then see them grow. Kyle also enjoys hiking, home remodeling, and wine tasting.

“Kyle’s tenacity, versatility, and his ingenuity has been, and will continue to be, a great asset to RH2 in the future,” says Tony Pardi, President of RH2.  RH2 looks forward to Kyle’s contributions to support our efforts in serving our clients and the community, while continuing the strong momentum and growth of RH2 for many years to come.

Feel free to connect with Kyle on LinkedIn and congratulate him on this exciting new phase of his career!

Congratulations to Kyle Pettibone, RH2’s Newest Director
