RH2 is excited to announce the promotion of Dan Mahlum to Director.
Dan began his career with RH2 over 20 years ago. Although he has a Chemical Engineering background, Dan’s focus has been within RH2’s Water Treatment Group. Dan believes that RH2 provides a real and tangible difference to communities in the Pacific Northwest by helping convert un-useable water to clean and safe drinking water.
From his first role at RH2 as a Staff Engineer to his most recent as Associate Director, Dan has been instrumental in overseeing complex, cutting-edge facility projects, including the development and rehabilitation of water wells, groundwater and surface water treatment, and wastewater planning. Dan was part of the RH2 team on the Cashmere Wastewater Treatment Facility, one of RH2’s most extensive and comprehensive wastewater treatment projects. He has recently been working on a multiphase wastewater treatment and reuse project for the City of Snoqualmie, collaborating with various stakeholders in developing solutions for the community.
Dan’s goal as a Director is to continue to pursue ways to utilize his strengths to support RH2 with creative business development and find new avenues to expand RH2’s support of communities in the Pacific Northwest.
Outside of work, Dan is a devoted family man and active participant in his community. He enjoys the outdoors, coaching his children’s athletic teams, and spending time with his amazing wife who has always supported his career goals.
Dan is thankful to the many Project Managers, Staff Engineers, and the leadership of RH2, with whom he has worked through the years, who have helped him hone his skills as both an engineer and as a leader. “For many years, Dan has been a great asset to RH2, and his awareness of market trends and our client’s resource needs will continue to be invaluable to RH2 in his new role as Director,” says Tony Pardi, President of RH2.
RH2 looks forward to having Dan continue to utilize his strengths to support the company’s efforts in serving its clients and community, while continuing the strong momentum and growth of the company for many years to come.
Feel free to connect with Dan on LinkedIn and congratulate him on this exciting new phase of his career!
