RH2 is pleased to announce the promotion of Don Popoff to Principal.

Don embodies the values that drive RH2 forward: technical expertise, innovative solutions, and trusted relationships. His leadership and dedication to improving everyday life in the communities we serve make him a valued leader.

Don earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI in 1998. Since joining RH2 in 2002, he has dedicated his career to designing and constructing public works infrastructure. Sewage pump stations, domestic water infrastructure, domestic water tanks, large irrigation infrastructure, sanitary sewer mains, and sewage collection systems are Don’s specialty. He has significant experience with construction management and inspection, including work with federal, state, and local government agencies on large infrastructure projects. Other areas of his expertise include significant funding assistance, extensive water rights work, site design, roadway construction, and well rehabilitation projects. Don is an expert in HDPE piping and design. In 2021, Don led RH2’s initiative to expand our services into Idaho. Don was instrumental in establishing our Nampa, ID office and continues to be successful in growing our team and providing professional services to this region.

Don adds his own flair to an exemplary group of Principals at RH2, and we are excited to celebrate this milestone in his career.
