RH2 is proud to announce the promotion of Jacki Quinn to Marketing and Business Development Manager.
Jacki’s journey at RH2 began 16 years ago as a part-time front desk administrator supporting the Bellingham team. Over the years, she has steadily grown with the company and has taken on a variety of roles, including proofreading, contracts, and specifications and project support, before moving into marketing and business development. Along the way, she has led the submittals team, coordinated companywide meetings, and driven initiatives that have strengthened RH2’s communications and brand. Her career reflects her enthusiasm, adaptability, and commitment to supporting the success of RH2 and its people.
As RH2’s Marketing and Business Development Manager, Jacki will lead companywide strategies that shape how RH2 communicates, plans pursuits, and builds internal skills. She will continue to oversee M&BD activities while supporting strategic business development planning. Through this work, Jacki plays a key role in positioning RH2 for long-term success while continuing to highlight the expertise and passion of our teams.
Jacki reflected on her promotion:
“This promotion means so much to me because I feel like it reflects the incredible support and encouragement I’ve received throughout my time at RH2. I’ve been fortunate to work alongside so many passionate and talented people, and it’s their mentorship, collaboration, and energy that have shaped my career and made RH2 such a special place to grow.”
She also expressed gratitude for colleagues who have influenced her career:
“The Bellingham office has been incredibly supportive since day one—I can’t imagine a better group of office teammates, friends, and mentors. Our local group keeps getting better and better and it’s been exciting to see our office grow. I’m also so grateful for the Marketing team, whose talents and collaboration have made me feel lucky to be part of this group. And Rick Ballard’s mentorship has greatly influenced my growth—his big-picture perspective and reminders to enjoy life along the way have shaped my own leadership style.”
Please join us in congratulating Jacki on this exciting new chapter!
