RH2 is proud to announce the promotion of Ryan Withers to Office Manager of our Richland location.

For more than 17 years, Ryan has brought a practical, client-focused approach to public works projects across the region. With expertise in water, sewer, and irrigation system planning and design, he has led initiatives ranging from hydraulic modeling and facility design to utility replacements and long-term system planning.

Ryan is known for his calm, solution-oriented leadership and his ability to balance technical precision with client priorities, reflecting RH2’s values in his work presence. His guidance has helped communities navigate complex infrastructure needs while planning for the future. Reflecting on his years at RH2, Ryan shared:

“The most rewarding moments are when a client calls unexpectedly with a problem, and I’m able to respond quickly or involve the RH2 team to help them find a solution. Being that first phone call for many clients and being viewed as a trusted resource by the engineers and public works staff of our local utility systems is something I am incredibly proud of. It’s a responsibility I don’t take for granted, and it means the world to me.”

In his new role, Ryan will oversee office operations, mentor local staff, and continue RH2’s legacy of delivering thoughtful, high-quality work in the region. His promotion reflects both his professional growth and RH2’s ongoing investment in internal leadership.
