Don Popoff, PE

With more than 20 years of experience with RH2 and licensed in four western states (ID, WA, OR, and MT), Don leads RH2’s Nampa Idaho office where he is building strong client relationships and helping deliver critical local infrastructure. He has managed water, sewer, irrigation, and roadway projects throughout the region and understands the opportunities and challenges specific to communities he works with on a daily basis.

Don’s strength lies in guiding projects through every stage, from funding coordination with federal, state, and local agencies, to public engagement and construction oversight. His personal attention to detail, onsite construction experience, collaborative approach, and focus on results make him a trusted partner for clients.
