Doug Schlepp, PE
Principal / Bellevue Office Manager
Doug is a municipal civil engineer with a valuable mix of hands-on construction know-how and decades of planning, design, and project management experience. Over his career, Doug has served as District Engineer for the NE Sammamish Sewer and Water District and spent more than 20 years in Issaquah City Hall, guiding two Master Planned Communities and citywide infrastructure projects. His leadership earned him a unique Award of Appreciation from the City’s Public Works Engineering Department, the only time a consultant has received this honor.
As a past trustee and longtime committee chair with the American Water Works Association, Doug is a strong advocate for safe, reliable drinking water and technical education in the Pacific Northwest. Most recently at RH2, he has been focused on growing our newest office in Bellevue/Factoria into a center of service for local communities. He enjoys mentoring the next generation of engineers and administrators through the PNWS AWWA Mentorship program. Both of his daughters have benefited greatly from this offering to young professionals and college students.
