As a Director and leader of RH2’s Transportation Group, Erik helps communities move safely, efficiently, and sustainably. With extensive experience in roadway design, roundabouts, and complex infrastructure upgrades, every project he leads is guided by a simple goal: enhancing the places where people live, work, and navigate through their day.

Since joining RH2, Erik has combined technical excellence with a genuine commitment to mentorship, collaboration, and continuous improvement. As a former WSDOT engineer and University of Washington graduate, he approaches leadership with humility and curiosity, bridging disciplines like stormwater, utilities, and public engagement to create well-integrated solutions. Based in East Wenatchee, Erik is inspired by the natural landscapes that surround him, the communities his work helps connect, building lasting relationships, and delivering projects that enhance everday life.
