Geoff Dillard, PE
Director Emeritus
After many years of dedicated leadership and service to RH2, Geoff has transitioned into retirement and now serves as Director Emeritus, recognizing his lasting contributions to the firm, our clients, and our people.
Throughout his career at RH2, Geoff led the Tacoma office with a steady focus on practical problem-solving, collaboration, and clear communication. He brought broad experience across water, stormwater, and wastewater infrastructure, along with funding, planning, and permitting, helping clients navigate complex projects with confidence and clarity.
Known for asking thoughtful (and often challenging) questions, Geoff consistently encouraged teams to look beyond conventional solutions and focus on what best serves client and community goals. His leadership style fostered strong multidisciplinary teams, grounded decision-making and productive dialogue, both internally and with agency partners.
As Director Emeritus, Geoff’s legacy continues through the teams he mentored, the communities he supported, and the philosophy of curiosity, accountability, and care he helped shape at RH2.
