As manager of RH2’s Medford office, Jeff is deeply connected to the communities in Oregon state and takes pride in helping them solve their most pressing infrastructure challenges. His experience ranges from serving as a contract Public Works Director and City Engineer for multiple municipalities to leading fast-tracked projects under demanding conditions, like delivering critical drought response improvements in just five months and helping communities recover from fire impacts.

Jeff’s work includes everything from transmission pipelines and pump station upgrades to recreation facilities and reservoirs.
