Michele Campbell, PE

Michele is President of RH2 and has been with the firm since 1999, when she joined as a civil engineering intern. Over more than two decades, she has built a career defined by technical excellence, collaborative leadership, and a deep commitment to clients, staff, and the engineering profession.

Highly experienced in water system evaluation, planning, and design, Michele honed her specific expertise in hydraulic modeling, pump selection, and condition assessment. Her background includes leading or contributing to dozens of municipal planning efforts, including water system plans, general sewer plans, emergency management plans, and project-specific infrastructure studies. She is widely recognized for her ability to bridge planning, engineering, and design to help communities make financially responsible, long-term infrastructure investments.

As President, Michele leads RH2 with a people-centered approach rooted in listening, collaboration, and stewardship. She is committed to supporting staff, strengthening client relationships, and advancing practical, community-focused engineering solutions. Michele also serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Washington’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Department.
