Michele Campbell, PE

Michele’s RH2 journey began in 1999 as a civil engineering intern, and her dedication, vision, and collaborative spirit have shaped her into one of the firm’s most respected leaders. She has guided RH2’s planning group to set a new standard for technical excellence, producing comprehensive engineering plans that agencies and communities alike rely on to guide future infrastructure investments.

Known for her thoughtful leadership, Michele fosters strong connections, both within RH2 and with clients across the Pacific Northwest. She believes that great engineering begins with listening, collaboration, and a shared commitment to improving communities. Her strategic vision, balanced with her genuine care for her clients and colleagues, continues to inspire those around her and drive RH2’s success forward.

Michele serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Washington’s Civil and Environmental Engineering Department. When she’s away from the office, she and her family chase sun and snow adventures, often stopping to appreciate the engineering, construction, and environmental wonders woven into our natural and built environments.
