Ryan Withers, PE

Ryan brings nearly two decades of experience in water, wastewater and irrigation system infrastructure planning and design to his role as Richland Office Manager. A recognized expert in system analysis, he specializes in identifying practical, efficient solutions that are realistic, maintainable, and built to last for clients across the region.

As a leader, Ryan is known for his work ethic, steady guidance, and genuine appreciation for his team. He leads by example and understands that successful projects are built on strong relationships and engaged teams. With a clear view of the bigger picture, Ryan fosters a collaborative environment in the Richland office where individuals feel valued, supported, and motivated to do their best work, strengthening outcomes for clients and communities alike.

Ryan is involved with many regional industry organizations, serving as a PNWS-AWWA Central Washington Subsection officer since 2017 and presenting more than a dozen technical presentations at annual events such as WPUDA, APWA, PNCWA, and PNWS-AWWA conferences.
