Michele Campbell Named President

RH2 is pleased to announce that Michele has been appointed President.
Michele joined RH2 in 1999 as a civil engineering intern and has since built a distinguished career marked by technical excellence, collaborative leadership, and her longstanding commitment to clients and RH2’s personnel. Throughout her tenure, she has played a key role in shaping the firm’s planning and engineering services, helping communities make informed, responsible infrastructure decisions.
Michele's appointment reflects RH2's intentional leadership succession and reinforces our long-term commitment to the communities we serve.
Known for her thoughtful and people-centered leadership style, Michele emphasizes listening, collaboration, and long-term stewardship.
"RH2 has always been powered by our people—the relationships we build with clients, the expertise of our staff, and our commitment to the communities we serve," said Michele.
Her experience spans water system planning, hydraulic modeling, pump evaluation and design, and the development of comprehensive infrastructure plans that agencies and communities rely on to guide future investments.
“Over time, I began to see the bigger picture—the impact we have on our local communities and the incredible teams behind that work. That’s what makes me excited to lead RH2 into what’s next,” shared Michele.
As President, Michele will continue to advance RH2’s mission of delivering practical, community-focused engineering solutions while supporting the firm’s people, culture, and enduring client relationships.
