RH2 is pleased to welcome Seth to our team as a Project Manager.
Seth brings more than 13 years of experience leading design and construction of complex transportation infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining RH2, Seth served as a Senior Project Manager for the Ada County Highway District for seven years, where he led large-scale capital projects including roadways, intersections, bridges, and multimodal improvements. He managed all phases of project delivery, from concept development and  public involvement through design, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, and construction, routinely overseeing portfolios totaling approximately $90 million in active projects.
Seth’s background also includes work in aviation, rail, university infrastructure and environmental remediation projects across the Mountain West, Southern California, Washington DC, and at the London Olympic Park. He has a proven record of leadership, communication, and team mentorship, and has been recognized for sustained superior performance and excellence in project delivery.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from The University of Montana and has completed extensive project management training and is a graduate of the Leadership Boise program.
When the work is done, Seth likes to recharge on Idaho’s rugged mountain trails and scenic rivers with his dog, Hutch.
Seth is excited to join RH2 and looks forward to leading impactful projects that serve our growing communities.
Please join us in welcoming Seth to the team!
